Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day "no questions asked" refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. For expedited services, please contact our Billing Department directly at: billing@usatravelvisa.netPlease include the following in your refund request:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The last 4 digits of your credit card
Our Billing Department issues refunds directly to VISA and MasterCard credit/debit cards the same day we receive a refund request. It takes on average 2-4 business days for the full refund to settle in your account. Please note that some banks/credit card statements will list a refund under a separate category and not as a part of your daily transactions. If you do not see your refund reflected in your account after 8 days, please contact us immediately for assistance at billing@usatravelvisa.net
